We custom-made products depending on your preference and requirements so it will take time for us to manufacture your orders. Our standard production time for bulk orders is 15-20 days but still, it depends on the quantity, design, and packaging.
Each medals procedure is determined by its design, quantity, manufacturing process, and packaging.
We accept partial payment of a 30% deposit before the production begins and the remaining 70% will be settled before the shipment.
When your orders are already finished and up for shipment, we can no longer change or replace anything. Any changes on design,size,or color will be processed as a new order.
Your mold will be saved for two years and can be used again if you place another order.
