Yes, it’s possible. If the medal mold is still the same, there will be no charge for the molding. However, if you need to change the design of the ribbons, we need to confirm again and provide a new ribbon quotation.
You can use different couriers for international shipments for as long as they accept packages that are from Hongkong and China. Although most of our clients use DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT.
The time of shipment depends on how fast we produce your items. Usually, standard production time is 15-20 days but that still depends on the quantity and the kind of medal that you prefer. After your orders are finished we immediately put them into a shipment.
