- Draft Confirmation And Design

Graphic design is a fundamental tool that is transformed from plan to a mold in accordance with the structure of the manufacturing mold in order to build a new product based client request. Design and graphic revisions are typically completed within 24 hours.
- Molding

In accordance with the graphic design submitted by the client, the technician creates the badge mold and the machine completes the entire mold manufacturing process, including die pressing, and die engraving.
- Grinding Of Mold

Based on the badge mold, the machine extrudes a prototype of the badge. Products that have numerous sharp edges are then carefully filed down to smooth out the surface.
- Cleaning and Oil Removal

Before plating, badges are cleaned and oils are removed
- Automatic Cleaning

To ensure that there is zero residue of oil and unwanted elements using automatic cleaning machine
- Plating

The plating process is done to protect the product from corrosion and improves strength against harsh environments which takes about an hour to complete.
- Printing
Pad printing technology is used to print 2D images into 3D objects.

- Coloring
The color is finalized using the designated color number.

- Accessory Assembling
We use mostly prickle needles, badge caps, and other accessories that are assembled and attached using pliers by our workers.

- Quality Inspection And Packaging
To prevent tears and scratches during the transportation, we make sure to insert the products first on an OPP bag then a dust bag. There are also other options to package your orders including a customized paper card where the design of the card is designed personally by the customer. If the product size is too big, we suggest putting them in a carton. For high-end products, we can individually put them in velvet boxes.
