Production Problem For Badge Production

Badge Production

It’s important to adhere to every step of the production process if you want to produce the highest goods. However, the real production process always comes with its share of issues. A well-structured manufacturing company survives errors and fails from preventing mistakes from happening again.

Mold crack and unpolished lines are some common issues that can cause product delay. Sometimes, while pressing, the mold will crack, and a new mold will be needed. Unpolished lines are very rough and need to be pressed again. To avoid this issue from recurring, we draw lines a bit thicker while creating the images. Additionally, we are careful not to over-polish during the procedure. Below are some photo samples of some metal badges issues.

In general, some metal badges have one, some have two needles. Even the orders are of two needles, only one is welded.

Cleaning and electroplating are required. Occasionally, after electroplating we discover several bubbles on the items. Also, some items may contain small fluff-like particles which cannot be delivered to customers. Aside from that, color mistakes and leakage sometimes happen, so we exercise extreme caution to prevent such issues since this process is done by hand.

If we don’t practice precautionary measures, we could end up producing badges like the images presented below:

Another factor to consider is the packaging. Some consumers prefer OPP self-adhesive bags, while others prefer blank bags, or some customized bags.
