Mold crack and unpolished lines are some common issues that can cause product delay. Sometimes, while pressing, the mold will crack, and a new mold will be needed. Unpolished lines are very rough and need to be pressed again. To avoid this issue from recurring, we draw lines a bit thicker while creating the images. In general, some metal badges have one, some have two needles. Even the orders are of two needles, only one is welded.

Also, some items may contain small fluff-like particles which cannot be delivered to customers.
